Insurance billing for health services is dependent upon the conditions of your individual policy. Some carriers cover services that others will not and most cover services at a different rate. It is always best to consult the representative of your carrier regarding pre-authorizations and covered services. We bill most major insurance companies including Medicare.
Un-insured patients who are not filing a motor vehicle accident or workers compensation injury claim have the option of arranging a payment plan. Our office managers can help you set up payment arrangements.
